What would life be like without a cat to love us. Someplace in our primordial past a cat wandered into a human encampment and was given some food. She jumped up into our lap and began to purr - and he stayed, playing endlessly with balls of fur, amusing us, playing with our children, catching mice, curing up on out tummies and comforting us with s rumbling purr all night long. For people today, who live in apartments are not allowed dogs as pets, cats are the ideal companion. When we come home, they curl around out ankles affectionately purring away. What more could anyone ask.
